How it works

Executive coaching engagements typically follow four stages:

Chemistry session

A free, short introductory call to clarify objectives and ensure the right fit.

Coaching agreement

Clear focus areas and desired outcomes agreed with the participant and sponsor (where appropriate).

Review and evaluation

Progress is reviewed with the participant and sponsor (where appropriate) to ensure lasting change.

Coaching sessions

Flexible to suit your needs. Usually around six one-to-one executive coaching sessions over six months, shaped around your goals and schedule. Executive coaching available in person or online.

Kate Jennings is an ICF-accredited coach* with extensive experience working with senior leaders in STEM, research, academic and technical sectors. She works with a team of carefully selected, highly experienced coaches. Each brings substantial industry experience - in senior roles in business, science or the public sector - giving them a deep understanding of the challenges faced by modern leaders.

Our coaching combines curiosity, rigour, and practical application, creating space for meaningful reflection and measurable change. Each engagement is shaped around the context, priorities and outcomes that matter most to the client and organisation.
