Who We Are
Kate Jennings, Founder, and Internationally Accredited Executive Coach* and Team Coach
I’m Kate Jennings, an experienced consultant and coach with over 15 years in leadership development and executive coaching. I’ve worked across science, tech, research, and a wide range of other sectors, helping leaders and managers grow their confidence, skills and impact.
Leadership isn’t about having all the answers, it’s about creating the conditions for others to think, contribute and thrive. That’s what drives stronger teams, better performance and sustainable growth.
You’ll find me thoughtful, curious and straight forward. I ask good questions, listen closely, and work with you to shift what’s getting in the way of clarity, confidence or progress.
I work alongside a small team of trusted consultants and coaches who share my values and bring deep experience of developing leadership in scientific, technical or complex environments.
Jill Garret, Consultant and Executive Coach
Jill Garrett brings over 30 years of experience in strategic consulting, coaching and leadership development across a wide range of sectors. She is known for her wisdom, practical insight and refreshingly candid approach. Clients value her ability to combine deep knowledge with honest challenge and genuine care.
Over her long career, her roles include a secondary school Head Teacher and Managing Director of the Gallup Organisation (Europe). Her clients come from diverse sectors but share a common commitment: to do their best for their people and for those their organisations serve.
Viv Ellis, Consultant and Executive Coach
Viv brings over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, working with leaders, teams and organisations at every stage of their journey. As an accredited coach, she knows how important it is to connect people with their purpose, especially in fast-changing environments.
Viv is passionate about helping people step into their leadership, take ownership, and make a lasting difference, whatever their role.
Linda Stephens, Executive Coach*
Linda is an internationally accredited coach with extensive experience in both business leadership and pharmacy. Formerly a Global Director at GSK and a Clinical Director in the NHS, she brings clarity, challenge and partnership to every coaching conversation.
Her clients - senior leaders across sectors including pharma, banking, consulting, engineering, IT, media, healthcare, and non-profits - value her ability to shift thinking and unlock meaningful, lasting change.
Jenny Sturdy, Client Co-ordinator
Jenny keeps everything running smoothly, acting as the key liaison between clients and consultants. She takes care of the behind-the-scenes operations, enabling the rest of us to focus on what we do best - working with good leaders who want to be extraordinary.
