If Kate Jennings Coaching Limited cancels your programme you will be offered to transfer to a subsequent programme cohort if available. If this is not convenient or acceptable your fee will be refunded in full.
Refunds and Cancellation Charges
Please choose carefully. All requests for cancellation must be confirmed in writing. For cancellation requests received more than 30-days prior to the start of the programme, full fees paid to date will be refunded less a deposit of £250 (plus VAT if applicable). For cancellation requests received between 15 and 30-days prior to the start of the programme, 50% of the fees will be refunded. For cancellation requests received less than 15-days before the start of the programme, or if a participant fails to attend, all of the course fees paid will be forfeited.
Deposit only paid
Programme deposits of £250 (plus VAT if applicable) are non-refundable.
Transfers
Transfers to other programmes or cohorts may be organised. If a transfer is required due to a change in your circumstances, Kate Jennings Coaching Limited will make every effort to arrange an alternative programme or cohort for you, if available and if appropriate for your development requirements. You must provide notice in writing at least 5 working days prior to commencement of the programme for which you are registered. A programme transfer fee of £150 (plus VAT if applicable) will apply to all transfer requests. If the transfer option is not utilised, the cancellation terms will apply.
Partial Completion (including illness) Policy
If time does have to be missed for any unavoidable reason, delegates have a number of options to address this including:
Completing the remainder of the programme and receiving a certificate reflecting the reduced number of hours completed.
Making up missed time informally by seeking the support of colleagues to share notes or offer a debrief etc.
Making up missed time formally with a tutor (this option may incur additional cost).
Transferring to a subsequent cohort of the programme. This option depends upon the availability of places on future programmes and the upcoming programme schedule. A programme cohort transfer fee of £150 (plus VAT) will apply to all transfer requests.
If a delegate does need to miss any attendance of the programme, it is therefore highly recommended and appreciated that the tutor is advised as soon as possible so that they can offer advice and options for how to proceed based upon how much time is going to be missed and what is the nature of the content or practice that will need to be addressed etc.

Our courses are designed to be interactive and engaging for our participants. It is therefore an expectation that you participate in course activities, including dialogue with the course instructor and peers, peer coaching activities, and experiential learning exercises. If you are unable to participate in an activity, please inform your instructor as soon as possible. Please refer to the code of conduct for additional details
